TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership

ACAPMA Membership is charged annually in advance. Fees are calculated based on size and mode of operation within the industry.

Voting  (Distributor & Retailer) Members fees are invoiced in June for the financial year and all accounts are payable within 7 days of invoice. Voting Members who join throughout the year are charged on a pro-rata basis.

Partnership

ACAPMA Partnership fees are invoiced in December for the calendar year and are payable within 7 days of invoice. Partners who join throughout the year are charged on a pro-rata basis.

NPCRS

ACAPMA NPCRS fees are invoiced in December for the calendar year and are payable within 7 days of invoice. Full Business NPCRS who join throughout the year are charged on a pro-rata basis, Micro Business NPCRS are charge a flat fee for access

Audits and Training

Audits and Training are optional extras and are invoiced on application and anniversary and are payable within 7 days of invoice.

General

Returns or cancellations, where applicable, will be refunded based on method of payment, with direct deposits being returned to the bank account of origin, credit card payments being refunded to the credit card used and cheque payments being refunded to the Company of issue, on a pro-rata basis.

All fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
