How do I get another copy of my certificate?

To get a copy of your certificate, go to the bell icon on the top of the screen and go to inbox to see your notifications, copy the certificate into a word document.

My invitation has expired or is not working

Go to the training portal, click the I forgot my password link, enter your email address and a new link will be sent to you.

I didn’t receive my course invitation or login instructions

If you are not receiving emails check your ‘Junk’ and ‘Clutter’ folders and consider adding the two email addresses (listed in the How to Guide) as contact and ‘trusted senders’ to ensure you receive the email notifications.

What do I do if I change address or email?

Your Site Supervisor can update your email address or notify us of the changes via email or our contact page and we will update the system accordingly.

I forgot my Login or Password?

You can reset your password by going to the login screen (as listed above) and click the ‘forgot my password’ link.  You will be prompted to enter your email address and you will be sent a link to allow you to reset your password.

How do I change my view mode?

Use the list icon to change from compact view to expanded view depending on your device/preference.

What do I do if I get an answer wrong?

You should save and exit the course and start again.

If you get stuck again, email us and ensure you include the question and your answer, so we can guide you to the right response.

What if I do not Pass?

If you are unsuccessful on your first attempt, Click the Did Not Pass Button and you will be taken back to the start of the course so you can try it again

You can use the ‘Next’ buttons to skip over the presentation sections and go directly to the questions.
