Target: For all Australian based, fuel staff.

The FCC Level 1 is for front line retail fuel staff, including Console Operators, Roadhouse Attendants and Driveway Attendants, as well as the staff of co-located businesses.

The FCC Level 2 is for Site Managers, providing detailed practical information and guidance to ensure appropriate management of site and people compliance.
